That time on the track gave him a firsthand understanding of the industry, the teams, the cars, and the demands of the sport. He built the core team and set the direction the company follows today.

Pierre co-founded the company. He got his start in aviation photography, developing a sharp eye for capturing speed, precision, and machinery in motion. That background led him to discover his passion for motorsport, and he brought both worlds together at BIG. As Head of Media, he shapes how the company's work looks and feels, from concept to final cut. Together with Finn, he set the direction the company follows today.

Ole Pluschkell is a videographer, photographer, and content creator with an eye for the decisive moment. For him, it's not just about what you see, but what you feel. His goal is to tell stories that aren't just seen, but felt. He brings camera work, editing, sound design, and composition together into motion content that resonates and stays with you.
